With ignition switch ON, when IG voltage of less than 10 V continues for 20 minutes or more, or IG voltage of over 16 V continues for 0.5 seconds or more

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

If DTC C2178/78 is output, inspect the battery and charging system for 2UZ-FE 2UZ-FE BATTERY / CHARGING: CHARGING SYSTEM: ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION (2008 Sequoia) or 3UR-FE 3UR-FE BATTERY / CHARGING: CHARGING SYSTEM: ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION (2008 Sequoia) .
